Job Description Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our established and market leading client who seek a Lettings Manager to join their busy team in the Frome area. What you will be doing: In this key, hands-on role, your duties will includethe following : Key Responsibilities : Management of the branch and team to ensure a smooth lettings and management service to their landlords and tenants Day to day duties including dealing with a range of individuals including landlords, tenants as wellas internal departments in person / via email Responsibility for arranging and conducting viewings Processing new applicant details including referencing Production of a range of documents including tenancy agreements/inventories etc Responsibility for budgetingand managing targets Staff management, training, development and appraisals What you will need to succeed: Proven residential lettings experience is essential Management experience is preferable Strong administration and IT skills including MS Office and CRMsystems First rate customer service and problem solving skills ARLA qualification desirable although not essential Due to the nature of the role, your own transport is essential What you will receive in return : Salary £30,000 to £35,000pa OTE DOE Monday toFriday plus alternate Saturday mornings (time off in lieu given) A supportive environment with a progressive and innovative employer Excellent benefits package including career development and support with professional qualifications If this role of LettingsManager sounds of interest and you would like to be considered, please contact Sarah at Thrive Trowbridge on or email sarah. collins@thrivegroup. co.uk Thrive Group are acting as an employment agency in relationship to this vacancy.
