IT Support, Team Lead {MSP}Frome£30,000 - £40,000 + Company Benefits +Training + Progression + HybridAre you an IT Support Team Leader looking to play a lead role for a company that provide world class IT services and technology strategy to clients across the UK and beyond, delivering an award winning serviceDo you want the opportunity to lead a dynamic, responsive, customer focused team of highly skilled individuals, and play an integral part in the growth of a company You will be given all the training and support required to ensure your success and continuedgrowth.On offer is an opening for an IT Support Team Leader to join an award-winning MSP at management level that is currently experiencing a strong period of growth, with ambitious aims to grow further in the next 12 months. You will receive the training, supportand certifications required to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies.In this role, the successful IT Support Team Leader will be responsible for line managing the Service Desk team, conducting 1-2-1 meetings, and creating and updating training plans, whilst also some hands on IT Support work.This role would suit an experienced IT Support Team Leader who is looking to further their career for a highly reputable, award-winning MSP.The Role:

  • The day to day running of the Service Desk
  • Accountable for maintaining Service CSAT & SLA KPI records and hitting targets
  • Leading and developing a team of Service Engineers, conducting 1-2-1s
The Person:
  • Experience as a 2nd/3rd Line engineer
  • Experience leading a team
  • Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
