IT Support {MSP}Frome£30,000 - £35,000 + Company Benefits +Training + ProgressionAre you an IT Support Engineer looking for a role that will provide you with bespoke training and clear long-term progression opportunities in a well-established, market leading Managed Service ProviderDo you want the opportunity to join a dynamic, responsive, customer focused team of highly skilled individuals, and play an integral part in the growth of a company that have a clear progression structure to 3rd line and beyondOn offer is a fantastic opening for an IT Support Engineer join an award-winning MSP that is currently experiencing a strong period of growth, with ambitious aims to grow further in the next 12 months, where you will receive the training, support and certificationsrequired to ensure you stay ahead of emerging technologies,In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be providing predominantly 2nd line IT support, offering excellent customer experience, through friendly, helpful technical issue resolution and carrying out on-site work as required; troubleshooting,infrastructure installation, hardware refresh and other projects.This role would suit a 2nd Line Support Engineer who wants to progress their career for a award winning MSP.The Role:

  • Providing 2nd Line IT support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues from escalations
  • Troubleshooting, infrastructure installation, hardware refresh and other projects
The Person:
  • Experience as a 2nd Line engineer
  • Worked for an MSP previously is an advantage
  • Within reliable commuting distance to Frome
