The successful HR Officer will be happy to work on their own, self driven and a people person. HR Officer Key Responsibilities will include: Supporting the site in a HR capacity including assisting with recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring Carrying out Disciplinary grievances / AppraisalsHR Officer Key skills and experience: The successful HR Officer / HR Advisor will have manufacturing HR experience ideally in the food, drink FMCG sector CIPD qualification Generalist Human Resource experienceHR Officer Salary and Benefits This role is paying a salary £35k depending on experience plus excellent benefits.Company pension 6 % employer contribution 25 days holiday + Bank holidays 3 months full and 3 months half pay Company sick pay after 1 years service 4 x Death in Service Free car parking Subsidised canteen Staff shopThis is a Monday to Friday role.
