Job Description

HR Officer / HR Advisor - Frome - £35k plus excellent benefitsMy client, a successful Food Manufacturer based near Frome, is looking to recruit a HR Officer / HR Advisor. The successful HR Officer will be happy to work on their own, self driven and a people person. HR Officer Key Responsibilities will include: Supporting the site in a HR capacity including assisting with recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring Carrying out Disciplinary grievances / AppraisalsHR Officer Key skills and experience: The successful HR Officer / HR Advisor will have manufacturing HR experience ideally in the food, drink FMCG sector CIPD qualification Generalist Human Resource experienceHR Officer Salary and Benefits This role is paying a salary £35k depending on experience plus excellent benefits.Company pension 6 % employer contribution 25 days holiday + Bank holidays 3 months full and 3 months half pay Company sick pay after 1 years service 4 x Death in Service Free car parking Subsidised canteen Staff shopThis is a Monday to Friday role. The HR Officer is predominantly based on site although there will be occasions when you will travel to their Head Office.This role may also suit a candidate that has previously worked as a HR Manager / People Manager / HR generalist / Personnel officer / HR Business partner.This role is commutable from Bath, Bristol, Trowbridge, Frome, Shepton Mallet, Wincanton, Warminster and surrounding Areas
