Support WorkerLocation - FromeFull time and part time availableAll training and qualifications provided Being a Support Worker with Discovery is more than just a job, its an opportunity!Based in Frome, we provide support to 7 individuals within their own homes to live the life they choose including support with employment, being part of their community, living healthily and developing independence.At this Domiciliary Service we provide support to people with day to day tasks such as paying bills and finances, assisting with shopping and household task and some personal care. Furthermore it could be based around supporting them with their personalinterests from gardening, going fishing or swimming, or even going to watch the local football teams or spending an evening at the theatre to watch a pantomime.We are currently looking for people who are caring, flexible, able to work independently, and committed to making a difference in others lives, If you think this is you, we would love to hear from you.Applicants will be required to have a valid driving licence and access to a car for this role.
