Job Description

Care Assistant Wanted in Frome, Warminster and Radstock!We are seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in the Frome, Warminster and Radstock areas. The successful candidates will provide exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety and well-being.Key Requirements:

  • 3-months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3-years
  • Good equipment knowledge
  • Moving and handling experience
  • Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and professionalism
  • The right to work in the UK
The Pay:We are offering a pay rate of up to £15.72 per hour including holiday pay, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Administer medication as directed
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Monitor and report changes in clients condition to the appropriate parties
  • Maintain client confidentiality and provide emotional support
  • Participate in team meetings and training programs
