Job Description

Are you an outstanding Administrator looking for an exciting and challenging new opportunity within a Human Resources (HR) department Do you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects Then wed like to hear from you.We are a modern future-focused marketing company that works with some of the biggest names in the technology sector and related industries.This role is a hybrid position working Monday to Friday, 30 - 37.5-hours per week.Reporting into the HR Manager, the Administrator will be assisting the HR team with administration and facilities management.You will have strong administration experience, whilst HR experience would be desirable, it is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and possess solid organisational skills.Whilst the HR team will be on-hand to provide support and training, you must be able to work on your own initiative and know when to seek support from the HR Manager/Advisor.The Administrator will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process.
  • Supporting the HR Manager and HR Advisor with administration support.
  • Operational support of the office and remote workers.
  • Administration of the online HR management system.
  • Supporting our learning and development programme.
  • Supporting the HR Advisor with internal event management.
