* Part Time Finance Manager in Frimley* Coaching and Mentor Skills* CIMA , ACCA , ACAFinance Manager (Part-Time, 6-Month Contract)Talent Guardian have an urgent role for a seasoned and commercially oriented finance professional to join our clients team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in training and developing the existing Finance Officer whileoverseeing the finance function for the company. This is a part-time role, based on-site in Frimley, with an initial duration of 6 months.Key Responsibilities:Train and develop the Finance Officer, focusing on balance sheet reconciliation and management accounts.Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee weekly and monthly payroll activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Support the Finance Officer with day-to-day bookkeeping and balance sheet reconciliations.Play a key role in budgeting processes and effective cash management for the company.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage associated risks.Assist auditors in preparing statutory accounts and provide necessary documentation.Make proactive commercial and strategic recommendations to drive business growth.Qualifications and Experience:Formal Accountancy Qualification: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA is required. Coaching Experience: Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring junior staff, particularly in balance sheet reconciliation and management accounts.Advanced MS Excel Skills: Proficient in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Strong commercial thought processes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.System Proficiency: Experience with the operating system Opera or a similar platform is essential.Essential Skills:Management Level Experience: Comfortable operating at a middle management level, with a willingness to be both hands-on and strategic.Ability to manage a small team and work collaboratively in a growth SME environment.Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.If you are a dynamic and experienced finance professional seeking a challenging part-time role with the opportunity to make a significant impact, we invite you to apply.
