Job Description

Divisional LeaderBriefAs a Divisional Leader you will be responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters (various levels). You will work closely with your team to provide support and guidance with their day-to-day duties. We require our Divisional Leaders to be positive, influential,approachable and to always lead by example. Being an industry expert is essential to perform within this position, as you will be required to develop and enhance your team members abilities.Responsibilities:

  • Ensure team members are aware of their daily tasks.
  • Support team members in understanding the requirements of the positions they are sourcing, setting up searches using Sourcebreaker, candidate support, and any other queries from team members.
  • Responsible for your own personal targets, particularly quarterly financial target.
  • Collaborating with Manager and/or Director to support your team members in achieving their personal targets.
  • You will also be responsible for managing key business accounts and providing vacancies for your team members to work.
  • Lead by example and motivate your team members to achieve their KPIs and financial targets.
  • Using your expertise within engineering/manufacturing recruitment, you will provide training, development, and guidance for team members (where required).
  • Work relentlessly to ensure your team members understand what is required of them and they are working hard to achieve their targets.
  • You will be required to support your team members in person where required.
Skills Required:- Experience in leading a recruitment team or working experience in Engineering/Manufacturing recruitment with characteristics shown to be a leader- Ability to coach and mentor team members.- Passion for leading, supporting and helping others achieve their goals.- A positive approach- A tenacious character who will strive to achieve their own and team targets.- Proactive and a self- starter- Personable person that has a strong customer service mentality- Willingness to learn and develop in your own career, as well as supporting team members in achieving theirs.Competitive Base SalaryBenefitsInidvidual Commission & 1% Team Billings
