Job Description

Job title: Cyber Service ManagerLocation: Preston or FrimleyWe offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.Salary: Up to 65k dependent on experienceWhat you’ll be doing:

  • Manage suppliers through effective supplier reviews and providing clear guidance and direction based on business knowledge and experience
  • Manage service demand information flows between key stakeholders and assure service capacity is appropriate to meet the future demand
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders who represent the delivery of the service to the end users
  • Oversee the implementation of response actions when service or control effectiveness shortfalls are identified
  • Manage escalations and complaints to effective conclusion
  • upport appropriate business and customer reviews providing appropriate input as required
Your skills and experiences: Essential:
  • Experience with working with managed service suppliers with IT Service Management
  • Experience managing service risks and issues
  • Experience of managing services and capabilities that serve as security controls
Desirable:
  • Understanding of managing security features and requirements in delivery of services

This includes managing external partners and supplier relationships and internal management and deliveryof services.
