Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Lead all OCM planning and activities in coordination with the Project team and extended team members to include stakeholder management, communications, organizational alignment, skills evaluation, and end-user training/support.
  • Oversee and administer communication and training solutions/toolsets; oversee development of Instructional System Design content and system features
  • Work closely with Functional Teams, Project Manager, and Steering Committee to manage risks/issues and ensure project success
  • Work closely with Functional Teams, Project Manager, and Steering Committee to customize OCM plans for different global locations and cultures
  • Manage and oversee change agent network including local HR through successive go-live system launches
  • Work closely with Basis-Security and Internal Audit project team members to ensure roles, responsibilities and authorizations are correctly designed and set up
Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceEssential:
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering a major Change Programme in a complex organisation
  • Good relationship management skills, influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Operational experience of using Project Management methodologies, approaches, tools and techniques
  • A solid understanding and experience of managing people effectively through change and the change process
  • An understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Training and Facilitation Skills
  • Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
Desirable:
  • A recognised and accredited Change management qualification or accreditation for one change management body, I, E Prosci / Changefirst / Change management institute.
  • Experience of working on an IT Enterprise programme
  • SAP experience
