Im currently working exclusively with a European Software Vendor based in Cambridge who specialise in Temenos solutions and are looking to grow their team due to continued growth and success. This company is looking for a Technically astute individual that performs well when face to face with clients and can assist the company to grow even further. You will join the professional training and development programme as part of the professional services team in the UK.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience of working within technical customer support, project management, technical consulting, cloud services and pre-sales environments as part of your training.

As a member of the professional development program, you will report to your Team Leader and be assigned

mentors to work alongside who will be able to coach and support you.

We are looking for candidates that are passionate about customer service and using technology to turn complex business requirements into simple solutions.

This role is an opportunity for the right candidates to gain experience working in a technology-driven industry, to learn new skills and build a career in a people first company with excellent progression.

You will also be given the opportunity to earn a recognised Microsoft Professional Certification in a chosen

field.

You will work as part of the Delivery team, working closely with your colleagues to implement configurations and solutions in line with

customer requirements. Essential Skills

We are either looking for someone with a degree in a technology related field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or alternatively will consider candidates with no degree but some working experience within a Customer Service related field such as Service Desk.

You must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, listening and organisational skills to work with your colleagues, our partners and our customers.

You should have a passionate interest in IT and a general understanding of technical concepts such as databases, networking, Windows Server etc.
