Job Description

Are you a talented Talent Acquisition Partner who loves attracting and engaging exceptional candidates This global life sciences business is looking to strengthen its HR team by appointing an experienced TA Partner. Based at their site near Newmarket, hybrid working is on offer. The role will involve identifying candidates with not only applicable and strong skill sets, but also who will be a great fit for the team and culture. The role itself will have minimal supervision and so proactivity and self-motivation is essential. Thescope of the role will focus on two UK sites.Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will

  • Have accountability and ownership over recruitment of candidates into fast growing teams.
  • Support recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, conducting activities such as headhunting, application review, screening, interview scheduling and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Conduct candidate searches using various sourcing techniques and social media while promoting the employer brand.
  • Fully utilise the applicant tracking system, leveraging maximum efficiency in getting applicable candidates to recruiting managers.
  • Assess and review on-spec applications as well as our current talent pipeline sources to make recommendations to recruiting managers.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Business Partners to determine talent needs and prioritise sourcing activity.
  • Working with management to prioritise sourcing activity in the short to mid-term and meet the fulfilment strategy for future talent needs and gaps.
About you You will have proven experience of working in a recruitment role, this could be from an agency or internal resourcing. A passion for sourcing using on-line tools including linkedin recruiter and social media. Experience of working in life sciences is desirablehowever not essential.
