Job Description

After Sales Administrator Our client is a leading business, dedicated in creating solutions for their customers. They pride themselves on the level of customer service they offer to both new and existing customers. This role plays a key part to their business and is instrumentalto their continued success. You will be responsible for answering high volumes of telephone call and responding to emails, so a professional telephone and written manner is essential for this role.Start: ASAPLocation: Outskirts of Soham, CambridgeshireSalary: £22,500 per annumHours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)Duration: 12 - Month FTCBenefits: Private medical insurance, life assurance, 25 days holiday (+ 8 bank holidays), sick payfree car parking, free onsite gym, mental health first aid team and wellbeing activities.Note: Due to the location of the client you will need to be able to drive and have your own transport.Duties will include:

  • Providing efficient and effective telephone support to customers
  • Responding to client emails in a professional manner
  • Building positive relationships with clients
  • Troubleshooting to establish equipment issues
  • Logging calls and scheduling visits
  • Escalating issues further where and as required
  • Liaising with engineers
  • Scheduling engineer visits to site
  • Chase and investigate issues regarding job completion
  • Liaise with customers regarding any delays in the processing or scheduling of calls
  • Updating inhouse systems with customer information and the progress of the inquiry
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Previous telephone customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a busy call centre environment
  • Organisational skills
  • Competent using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
