Provide technical direction on Quality engineering to the Production team.
Implementation of problem solving tools, ensuring non-conforming products arent supplied.
Deal with customer complaints and action these accordingly.
Liaise with project staff to help continuous improvement within the workplace.
Work on internal audits, both process and product.
Assist with the training of other staff and offer technical support to customers.

Experience working within a similar role.
Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
An appreciation for tools such as 8D, NCR and CAR
Relevant mechanical engineering education (HNC/HND), or training.
