• Full time, permanent
• £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

With so many local amenities, they endeavour to be able to secure links for work experience, or voluntary work.About the Role:As Headteacher, youll lead with passion and compassion, driving our vision of embracing autism as a strength. With small class sizes and tailored support, the school empowers their students to excel academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage staff, fostering a culture of inclusion and positivity
• Manage resources efficiently to support our students diverse needs
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
• Promote high-quality teaching and learning, tailored to individual students
• Foster partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community
• Champion the school’s values in all aspects of life

The Ideal Candidate:Were seeking a visionary leader with:

• Qualified teacher status and NPQH
• Extensive leadership and teaching experience (minimum 5 years), preferably in special education
• Strong understanding of autism and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and stakeholders
• Commitment to promoting the values of inclusion, respect, and positivity
