About whether youre trusted to get on your work without being micro-managed.When it comes to making staff feel valued lots of businesses fail the test. Its often put up or shut up and someone watching over your shoulder. But not here. This is a business that values what you have to say. They want to hear your ideas, to challenge how things are done and to contribute to strategy. Youre an expert in your area after all, so why wouldnt they lean on youTheir management style as youd expect is light touch. Youre a motivated, conscientious person, so whilst theres great support youll have their trust. Need help Just ask. But you wont be micro-managed.And as for money its not the priority but of course its important. Depending on experience theres a starting salary of up £35,000 plus a discretionary bonus. And a decent benefits package too:* Pension (5% matched; connect to salary exchange)* DIS x 4* Income Protection (pay through to retirement)* PMI (full cover, MHD, individual but option to add family)* CashPlan Benefit* Holiday (25 days + bank holiday + birthday)V* olunteering / charity day (can be used independently or collegiately with team)* Cycle to Work scheme* Full expenses - includes travel expenses, exams and CII feesYou wont just get to have a say here either.
