Job Description

Reed is supporting a Global highly successful family ran company based in Flax Bourton, North Somerset, with the recruitment of a Customer Service & Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.Working: Monday to Friday 9am-5pmActing as the first point of contact for customers both via telephone and email, leading by example and being an ambassador for the company. Providing high standard of service and care, including dealing with general queries and referring customers to theappropriate person if necessary.ResponsibilitiesAnswer telephone enquiries and emails receivedAssist customers/suppliersDeal with general queries in a timely, professional, polite and caring/supportive waySeek guidance and advice from the office team when dealing with complex queriesPromptly deal with/distribute incoming post and info emailsResponsibility for outgoing mail and deliveriesCo-ordinate and assist with regular Health & Safety checks as defined in the company scheduleMaintain company document archive filesTake monthly energy meter readings and submit to supplierAssist Marketing Manager in preparation of exhibition and event materials, including arranging logistics, then unpack, check and store materials on their returnAssist Sales Director with the fleet car insurance policy, new car purchases and driving licence checksMonday review of whose where over the next two weeks. Discuss potential cover required with the team. Book meeting rooms and hospitality as required, this may include arranging travel and dealing with associated payments & required documentationManage company calendar – advising colleagues of required tasks. Report any delays or non-completionMaintain office supplies and required replenishmentsComplete and submit Northern Ireland TSS declarations for all orders dispatchedManagement of live and dummy samples in the officeInvestigate and manage credit claim requestsDownload data from 3PL’s and Wholesalers for upload to stock management systemRun the Daily Sales report each morning and distribute to the Sales TeamReceipt and processing of enquiries, reports and customer complaintsRunning regular reports and updating records for management and for the Operations SupervisorSkills and experience requiredAdministration and customer service experienceCompetent in Excel and data entry and creating and managing reports Any experience of ERP or CRM systemsHigh attention to detailExcellent communication and Interpersonal SkillsBenefitsHoliday of 25 days.Company Pension SchemeLife CoverHealth cash planFree onsite parking
