Job Description

Job Overview: To provide high level Service Delivery Support against defined procedures, with autonomy over workload to meet business needs. Undertakes a wide range of complex administrative activities and resolves complex queries. May include delegationand monitoring of others work.Job Responsibilities:Working closely with the UKI Sales, Service Delivery and Service Delivery Support teams. Main duties will involve but are not limited to those detailed below:

  • Liaising with clients by telephone and email to assist with requests for both technical issues and attendance.
  • Preparation and issue of quotes ensuring contractual obligations are met in line with our Group Management Systems.
  • Liaising with clients/colleagues in relation to investigation and resolution of invoice queries.
  • Responsibility for management of small projects ensuring that costs are monitored and invoices issues in a timely manner as per contract.
  • Assisting with the control of debt by liaising with clients who have overdue invoices on account.
  • Working alongside a Shared Service Centre team to ensure any task requested are actioned within the agreed timeframes.
  • Sharing suggestions with colleagues on an process improvements to support our drive for continuous improvements.
  • Populating an Electronic Workbook and Surveyor Calendars with allocated jobs using Microsoft Outlook
Job Requirements:
  • A good working knowledge of various PC software applications
  • Previous experience of SAP ByD would be preferable
  • Good cooperation and communication skills
  • Meticulous organisation skills with the ability to adapt, multi-task under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to work with professional business systems
  • Commercial awareness and good customer focus
