Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to manage customer queries and provide administrative support to the Sales team. If you have excellent attention to detail and communication, and an interest in providing excellent customer experience,we strongly encourage you to apply. Any previous experience providing administrative support to a salesperson or department is highly advantageous.Full-time: 9am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch, Monday to FridayKey duties and responsibilities of the Sales Support Administrator:

  • Act as the first point of contact for any customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full satisfaction.
  • Collate sales information and present in a concise format, providing data and reports as necessary.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team.
  • Any other general administrative support as required, including updating contact information, checking weighbridge sheets, and raising bills accordingly.
Key experience and skills required for the Sales Support Administrator:
  • Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven practice in delivering client focused solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with good customer relations experience or background.
  • Ability and willingness to learn about new products, multitasking and working under pressure.
