Job Description

Position overview and scope This position will take the lead in regards to Communications and Marketing in reference to two of the Groupslegal entities - Tingdene Marinas (TML) and Tingdene Boat Sales (TBSL).The role will have the primary responsibility to co-ordinate, monitor and review all aspects of TML and TBSL in regards to Communications and Marketing. This position will report to the Group Marketing Manager and will also liaise with the relevant Directorsacross Tingdene Parks (TPL), TML and TBSL. As required, the role will assist with TPL matters.Tingdene Holiday Parks Limited (THPL) will remain as a separate entity and its marketing, communications and social media will not be under the management of this role at this present time. However, interaction with the marketing and social media manager(s)for THPL will be required to ensure synergies are achieved and our practises are streamlined and consistent across the Tingdene Group. Main responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, creation and implementation of strategies that cover the full mix of communications and marketing tools, including digital, media, public relations, brand marketing, advertising, events and the production of collateral
  • Plan, deliver, monitor and review end-to-end digital and social media marketing campaigns across all media platforms to generate leads, build brand awareness, promote income generation, communicate events and build community
  • Review and assist in the management of brand websites including administration, updates,and basic design
  • Create, manage and re-forecast annual budgets
  • Recording and submitting of marketing reports and progress to review and improve campaign outcomes
  • Compile new Company policy and strategy documents for digital and social media marketing and advertising working in line with any relevant regulatory bodies and laws
  • Work alongside the digital agency to create, monitor and review digital campaigns
  • To have strategy & analytics at the forefront of the companies digital and social media marketing approach measuring performance and driving ROI
  • Research and implement good SEO practices
  • Develop and uphold brand identity through brand guidelines
  • Management and production of creative assets including literature, graphics, photography andvideography
  • Assist in the overall financial and business development growth
  • Be responsible for all aspects of the email marketing process, including planning, designing,testing, analysing and reporting
  • Carry out competitor research and give insight into key marketing

  • Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite, Word Press, Canva, MailChimp and Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of SEO, GoogleAnalytics, GoogleAdWords and FacebookAdsManager
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent content and copywriting skills
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and engaging communication
  • Enthusiastic with a hands-on approach and get it done attitude
