Acorn Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a client that specialises in the manufacture and installation of curtain walling, windows & doors. This client is very proud of their reputation and their projects vary in value from £50k to £2 million.The successful candidate will:* Manage and control the installation of products by experienced Subcontract Installers onsite* Ensure installation is to an excellent quality, delivered on-time and within budget* Update daily diaries, plant and labour returns, health and safety files/records* Publish weekly progress reports* Attend progress meetings as required for safe and efficient installation and running of the site* Communicate and report to the client and their Quantity Surveyor* Complete QA sheets as works progress* Work closely with the office and manufacturing team to ensure all materials, deliveries and installations are completed in line with agreed program* Check and authorise all payments to the Subcontract Installers to ensure any day works, etc., is authorised and agreed before work is completedBenefits: * Salary - depending on experience * 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Government pension scheme * Progression opportunities * Flexible and forward-thinking company * Relaxed and friendly working environmentAcorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
