Are you an experienced logistics or transport coordinator with knowledge of SAP OR experience within a manufacturing environment If so, a leading manufacturer of titanium-based products, is recruiting for a Logistics’ Coordinator for their sitein Swansea. Being responsible for all site freight, including export, managing the costs and methods used.
Acting within the site transportation budget and identifying opportunities to reduce plant spend on freight.
Creating and monitoring plant schedules for all production material.
Raising outwork purchase orders and adding operations in SAP.
Being responsible for transportation of sub-contractor outwork and shipments to ensure production schedules are met.
Being responsible for documentation retention of all material and ensuring all company protocols are met.
Maintaining transportation registers and control of invoicing and GRN’s for all transportation requests.

Logistics CoordinatorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
Demonstrable computer skills in SAP ERP/MRP systems, STAR and Microsoft Office.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.
