Working alongside the Head of Implementations and Head of Customer Success to you will take responsibility for: Leading and managing the technical support team. The technical onboarding of customers. Delivering excellent proactive and reactive product support. Ensuring the smooth running of internal IT systems. Actively seeking out areas of innovation and automation to enhance our effectiveness. Contributing to the development and growth of the professional services team.Must have:Qualifications A-C Grades in GCSE for Maths & English (or equivalent) University/ College qualification in an IT based course Supplementary professional certifications Completion of recent continual technical professional development course in the past 12 months (e.g. Coursera or Udemy) Personal Attributes Tenacious Problem Solver Enthusiastic towards their work Ability to take the initiative Keen eye for attention detail Can do will do attitude Patient Professional Calm Logical & Rational Ability work well as part of a team or individually Customer focused Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience: Minimum 5 years proven experience within an IT / Technical environment with supporting qualifications Demonstrable experience in problem solving Demonstrable experience in implementing new and innovative solutions Skills & Knowledge Microsoft Windows 7-10 Windows Server 2008-2019 Microsoft Office Office 365 Microsoft SQL Server Software Install and Config Microsoft Azure Admin ZOHO - Desirable PowerBI - Desirable
