Job Description

Are you a graduate with a year or so experience under your belt looking to move into the charity sector This role is supporting people with chronic health conditions or mental health support needs to get back into employment. It’s a great charity towork for and recognised with their Investors in People award.This is what’s known as a grass root community project. So, you will be based out of the charities Woking office once a week. Then the rest of the time you will hot desk out of job centres, NHS trusts and other charities offices to meet your clients in locationssuch as Fleet, Farnborough, Aldershot, Farnham, Guildford, and Chertsey. You will coach and support people to secure employment, through goal setting and continuous 121 sessions covering CV writing, job searching and interview prep factoring in any adaptionsthey might need.Ideally you will have an interest in working in the charity sector, making a difference, and helping people.
