This role will be responsible for all aspects ofthe Human Resources function and will be instrumental in promoting employee wellbeing and engagement.To give you an idea of the role, here are some of the day-to-day duties you will take on as Head of HR:Overseeing recruitment, selection and employee on boarding processesContract management and overseeing terms and conditions of employment within the businessDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and proceduresManaging performance management system/process and succession planningDeveloping and implementing the strategy that helps attract and pool diverse talentThe ideal Head of Human Resources candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in HR in a similar role, ideally in a high tech space/engineering/manufacturing environment. You will also need exceptional communication, analytical, interpersonal,and organisational skills with a strategic mindset.
