We solve problems and overcome challenges for a living here, so positive energy flows through our veins.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Customer Service Supervisor to join us in our Farnborough Contact Centre.Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, this role provides support to the Manager by ensuring that on a day-to-day basis all Client customer service and data entry work is prioritised, distributed and closely monitored to ensure that Client service levelsare met and all escalated queries are identified and treated effectively in a timely manner. The customer service supervisor is a key member of the team who should be able to deliver excellent customer service.This role is providing supervisory cover during weekend operating hours, and as such the shifts are expected to be based on a 22-hour week, working Saturday and Sunday; 08:00 to 20:00 with an hour unpaid lunch break, and two paid 15-minute breaks.
