Job Description

Our team play a critical part in making this possible.In this role you will carry out building, engineering, maintenance and other minor works in our residential home located at Simmins Crescent, Eyres Monsell. You should be organised, as you will manage and prioritise your own workload.You should have previous experience of painting & decoration, carpentry /joinery, plumbing and electrical skills. You must also have prior experience in carry out general maintenance.Your workmanship must be of a high standard and conform in all respects to the current Codes of Practice where laid down.You musthold a recognised Higher Tech Certificate, Diploma or Apprenticeship in a trade, e.g. Plumbing, Painting and Decorating (HND, OND, CITB etc).
