Our managers play a critical part in making this possible, so this role is about care, compassion and respect; making No 6 Simmins Crescent the best itcan be for each of our residents.You will be required to work 37 hours per week and flexibly over 24-hour period seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.You’ll support the registered manager and deputy manager to lead a team, which provides emotional, physical and social support so individuals can enjoy everyday life and make the most of special moments. And by taking responsibility for the day-to-day managementof the home in their absence or as delegated, you’ll help put our home at the forefront of residential care too.In this role you will support each person to make decisions for themselves, with the aim being to support each person to take control over their own life.Substantial experience of working as a member of a team in a Learning Disability setting is essential.
