Job Description

We have an Assistant Managers opportunity available at our Simmins Crescent home in Eyres Monsell for adults with complex needs.You will be required to work 37 hours per week and flexibly over 24-hour period seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.In this role you will support each person to make decisions for themselves, with the aim being to support each person to take control over their own life.You will;

  • Deputise for the Deputy Manager and to assist the Home Manager to lead a team of Support Workers
  • Offer emotional, physical and social support to each individual living in the bungalow
  • Enable each person to take as much control as possible over their own life and to achieve their aspirations as a valued member of society.
Substantial experience of working as a member of a team in a Learning Disability setting is essential.Our dedicated, highly trained teams are committed to delivering an excellent standard of care.
