Job Description

Trinity House group are recruiting exclusively for an top performing aviation business withn the Solihull area. The Finance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic financial planning of the organisation.This position involves managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.Key responsibilities and Accountabilities include;

  • Management reporting, forecasting and budgeting
  • Margin management, inventory management, cost controls
  • Ledger reconciliations
  • Invoice discounting, cash flow forecasting and daily cash control
  • Credit control and cash management
  • VAT, EC Sales Lists, Intrastat
  • Inter-company charging, payments and reconciliations
  • Any other duties reasonably be required by the Company
Qualification and Skills:
  • Proven experience in financial management, with a track record of progressively responsible roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in financial software and systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience using Pegasus Opera and Sage 200 is advantageous
Salary and Package:
  • £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday plus BH
