This will be a permanent position on a day shift, within an exciting business that are experiencing a lot of growth.CNC Setter Programmer (Turning Section)...Location: Coventry..CNC Setter Programmer - Salary:• £18.75 - £20.00 per hour (DOE) plus overtime potential...CNC Setter Programmer - The Job:• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Turning machines.• Interpretation of drawings and 3D digital files.• Produce prototypes / small production runs.• Carry out inspection of your work (CMM and Manual).• Maintain clean and tidy stations.• Produce work of a high standard by adhering to quality standards to ensure that product is produced to agreed specifications.• Maintain a good working relationship with colleagues to promote successful teamwork.CNC Setter Programmer - Job Requirements:• Relevant Engineering Qualification• Ideally Apprentice Trained• Time served / equivalent experience in a precision machining company• Competent in Fanuc controls and programming• Strong understanding of Fanuc programs with ability to edit, re-run tools etc.• Able to move offsets• Able to prove unproven programs, safely• Competent in inspecting own work using CMMs and gauges to verify product quality• Conversant with Lynx and Doosan machinery (Preferable)• CAM experience (Preferably EdgeCAM)• Conversant with STAR Sliding Head Lathe (Preferable)• Multi-axis and sub-spindle• Working to tight tolerances• Experience of working with a wide range of materials including , Inconel, titanium, mild steels, brass, aluminium-bronze, bronzes, aluminium, plastics, super duplex etc.• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail• Team Player• FlexibleCNC Setter Programmer - Shift pattern:• Monday – Thursday 07:30-16:30pm & Friday 07:30am– 12:30pm.Please click apply, and one of our consultants will give you a call to discuss your application.Resolute Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
