We are currently seeking two Customer Service Advisors to join our established client in Coventry. They are looking for candidates with previous experience within Customer Services, with a positive working attitude.Duties will include: All incoming departmental calls and emails are answered promptly and courteously and in line with KPIs. Generate sales to achieve specified individual and team sales targets. Respond to customer queries relating to products and liaise with the Trading team as necessary. Contact all first-time customers to build a good business relationship. Contact customers for re-orders and to chase outstanding orders to maintain a good business relationship. Produce quotations for existing customers when required. Ensuring all quotations are followed up to maximise sales opportunities. Managing activity through the CRM system, ensuring tasks are kept up to date. Inputting all orders and seeing the whole order through from start to finish with the customer.Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm and Friday finish of 4:00pmSalary: Currently £21,924The company offer 35 days annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas shut down.
