Job Description

ISCA Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for their client based on the outskirts of Exeter.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Customer Experience
  • Support in the creation of project plans, and delivering these to a client
  • Assisting with client queries and resolving issues as they may arise
  • Update clients with response rates as required
  • Close all Assessments as instructed by the Head and run applicable analysis
Key Skills:
  • Flexibility & adaptability: can deal effectively with people from a variety of levels and areas of business.
  • Strong Excel skills and understanding of spreadsheets
  • Discretion, and understanding of data protection legislation
  • An enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Email creation
