Quest Solutions (UK) Ltd are an established quality focussed company specialising in Design, Fabrication and installation of Curtain Walling Systems for both New Build and Refurbishment Projects. Due to our success, reputable business and continued growthwe are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator to work alongside our Team.As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for calculating major construction cost estimates, and be involved in the planning, development, negotiation and contract execution of a project whilst adhering to financial constraints without compromisingour high standards.About the Role:-To evaluate enquiries, creating accurate predictions as to the cost of building projects and other complex projects.Accurately forecast the cost, size and duration of a future project by the collection and analysis of data for all aspects of the project related to costs.Compile and issue tender quotations.Ensure that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline.Formulating contingency plans and effectively managing risks that might impact costs and time estimates.Keeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry related techniques.About the Candidate:-Have a high level of commercial awareness and excellent knowledge of the building/construction industry.Experience in technology across the board in all fields of estimation with the ability to analyse, compare and interpret details.Excellent research, proposal writing and oral presentation skills.Exceptional time management, multitasking and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of relevant technical and non-technical documents.Salary to be negotiated subject to skills and experience.The company offers a fantastic working environment and will provide the opportunity to progress your career through excellent guidance, support and training.
