Quest Solutions (UK) Ltd are an established quality focussed company specialising in Design, Fabrication and installation of Curtain Walling Systems for both New Build and Refurbishment Projects. Due to our success, reputable business and continued growthwe are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work alongside our existing Team.We are seeking a competent Curtain Waling Project Manager with a proven track record of excellence and efficiency in the delivery of a variety of projects from inception to completion.About the Role:-Manage the design processes for the projects including consultation with Quest design team, undertaking site surveys where required.Ensure that plans are developed and deployed to achieve project objectives on time and to quality.Be responsible for the management of projects and establish, monitor and report against the project controls and compliances.Create and maintain good client-facing working relationships.Attend, as required, site progress meetings with clients/main contractors.Highlighting internally to the Contracts Director any adaptations to the working systems and methods to achieve efficiency then implementing these systems on site.Give appropriate and immediate solutions to construction problems that may occur.Where required, appoint sub-contractors to carryout works on site. Manage all aspects of commercial, design and programming with sub-contractors. Ensure that the sub-contractors’ progress claims are relevant to the monies invoiced.Establish and maintain good working relationships with our supply chain partners.Maintaining an accurate view of financial performance ensuring that forecast profit margins are achieved or bettered.About the Candidate:-Bachelor’s degree/level 7 (or higher) in relevant technical/project management subject.Have commercial awareness and excellent knowledge of the industry.Must be able to work on own initiative whilst being part of the team.An appropriate CSCS card is required.Salary to be negotiated subject to skills and experience.The company offers a fantastic working environment and will provide the opportunity to progress your career through excellent guidance, support and training.
