Sales & Office SupportSalary £20,000 - £22,000 DOELocation: Bradford Immediate start available!We are currently seeking someone to provide Sales and Office Support to our client who is a leading supplier of medical sterilisation equipment, based in Bradford. Now in their next phase of growth they are seeking someone who has a proven background with complex support, outstanding customer service and general sales support experience. The role:The majority of your time will be spent providing support to Customers, Colleagues and other departments of the business. Ultimately you will:• Assist Management and/or Sales representatives by maintaining sales files, contracts, price sheets, mailings, market research• Prepare invoices for services• Answers internal and external Customer queries by phone or email• Review Customer submissions and advise the Customer of any inconsistencies and/or suggested errors• Coordinate the account set-up of new Customers where required• Coordinate the scheduling of Customer submissions with the facility where required• Administer and control Customer invoicing through maintenance of price book, performing data entry, and creating batch and monthly payment runsOur ideal candidateWe are seeking someone who is technically minded, confident with complex queries and keen to build/continue building their career within a support capacity. Furthermore you will have:• Outstanding customer service along with sales support both internal and external• A proven track record and demonstrated initiative in driving efficiencies• Strong focus on servicing each Customer, ensuring their expectations are met, providing solutions that meet their needs• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Be proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint• An understanding of working within a controlled environment would be beneficial• The ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilitiesIf the above sounds like you and you wish to apply, then please dont hesitate.
