Role: Digital DesignerSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annumLocation: Bradford/HybridUFP is one of the largest Print & IT supplies distributors in Europe with sales in excess of 1.4b and over 950 employees. Reporting to and supporting the Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone with a background in digital marketing, with graphic design skills.ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Provide graphical assets across a full range of platforms for the business - print,website, e-marketing, and social media.
• Assist with the management of our online campaigns including; social media, online advertising, e-mail marketing and driving traffic to our website.
• Using our email marketing software Instiller and Mailchimp, to design email campaigns and newsletter templates. (The ability to create bespoke HTML eshots is very desirable!)
• Assist with the management and maintenance of our website (Wordpress) and eCommerce platform, including; updates, amending existing pages, creating new pages/landing pages, and uploading of banner and marketing content. Contribute to the future directionof our website content; proactively suggesting ways in which we can improve.
• Analyse and report on email marketing campaigns/website performance using analytical tools to showcase overall performance of our campaigns including open/bounce rates, and click-throughs and suggesting improvements based on findings.

Skill and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have:

• Working knowledge of email marketing software; to design and create e-communications/email marketing campaigns and newsletters. (Ability to create/code bespoke HTML eshots would be desirable)
• Working knowledge of WordPress (Skilled in developing both back and front end with HTML/CSS experience would be desirable)
• Adobe Creative Suite software skills including; Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign. - Any video/animation software skills would be a plus!
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
• A portfolio/examples of work to showcase your abilities and suitability for this role.
• A degree/qualification in digital marketing, graphic/web design or similar

Desirable

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Experience with digital marketing/PPC tools such as Google AdWords, Analytics, Search console.
• HTML/CSS
