GI Group are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our team at a well-established client based in Bradford, our client is globally known for their advanced technology with innovative turbocharger technology located in BD4 on the Euro-way industrialestate.IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE - WITH EARLY FINISH FRIDAYS!Rate: £12.31 phr - £14.25 phrShift: AftersMonday to Thursday 2PM to 10PM/ Fridays 12.30NOON UNTIL 7PMHours: 37.5 hours per week Rate: £12.31 (O/T&1/2, OT&3/4 & Double Time) Overtime rate dependent on when completed.Uplifts are available dependent on satisfactory review:After 12 weeksUplift 1 - £13.24After 24 weeksUplift 2 - £14.25Duties:* Working as part of a team on multiple assembly lines throughout the site. * Building up different types of vehicle turbos from engineering drawings and schematics.* Build using small components and various hand tools. * Intricate assembly work using small delicate parts. * Candidates will need to have good hand eye coordination and excellent attention to detail to ensure each build has great quality.Ideally: * You will have experience in an assembly environment.* Have experience using hand tools, jigs and other equipment. * Have access to your own vehicle to be able to commute to and from work due to location and shift times *All training is provided*What we offer:* On going work* Lockers * Onsite Gym* Subsidised canteen* Onsite parking* Large fridges to store packed lunch* Break out areas* Shower Facilities All candidates will need to be subject to a successful drugs screening, which will take place at point of interview and will take around 30 minutes.
