Job Description

Location: The Lister Hospital, Chelsea Bridge Road, LondonPermanent, Part Time, 16 hours/week Salary: £22,000 - £24,771 per annum (Dependent upon skills and experience) + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)About the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Contact Centre Advisor to join The Lister Hospital. Working within Imaging, you will provide administrative support assisting the department in providing imaging appointment services of the highest qualityand to deliver effective support services on behalf of the contact centre stakeholders.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Possess an understanding of unique selling points of the various facilities within the Lister Campus and the imaging provision within them
  • Answering phones and complete bookings across multiple departments and call types, booking appointments for all diagnostic imaging procedures across the Lister campus facilities
  • Entering and editing examinations in the hospital patient appointment database
  • Advising patients on the necessary clinical preparation for their appointment
  • Possess full system knowledge for own area and Utilise the IT systems available including Microsoft, PACs, SHAREPOINT and Meditech to undertake daily administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience
  • Previous significant experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Excellent customer service experience, within healthcare
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
