Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Website Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. As an eCommerce Website Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and optimisation of our Adobe eCommerce websites that willhelp drive their growth and success, globally.Your primary focus will be to enhance our user experience, increase conversion rates and maximise product sales whilst ensuring our NPS is meeting the required standard.Your role will also ensure the website supports the wider business objectives for it to enable offline customer experiences and interactions via additional services and support.We constantly strive to improve the overall experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the overall operations, functionality and performance of our Adobe eCommerce websites, daily.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure product information, pricing, and integration with our ERP is as spec.
  • Optimise website content, navigation, and search functionality to improve user experience and increase conversions and sales, meeting our needs for a frictionless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, operations and service, to ensure cohesive and effective execution of website initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure traffic to the website through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels is meeting specified KPIs.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or bugs on the website, working internal and external resources as needed.
  • Monitor website analytics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices in ecommerce, and recommend innovative strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimise website elements such as layouts, product pages, and checkout process.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and ecommerce platforms to evaluate and recommend opportunities for improvement and expansion.
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related.
  • Adobe commerce experience, 5 years+.
  • Proven ecommerce and website management, preferably b2b experience.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices.
  • Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, growing revenue.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A good level of Numeracy/literacy & IT skills such as HTML.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving great customer experience (online and offline) and revenue growth.
