Job Description

Our very well-established client based in Huntingdonis recruiting for a Data Interrogation administratorto join their team. Due to the set 2 x week training schedule, all applicants must be eligible to start 26th February 2024.Role:

  • Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader
  • Responsible for the day-to-day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes.
  • Ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people.
  • Remaining compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.
  • using appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact.
  • Using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods.
  • Complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to/work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals, and be open to change.
  • Able to work with and support others within own team, as well as other teams and departments.
  • Adopt a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Ability to plan and manage own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally, with a good telephone manner
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy
  • Full training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
  • Good IT skills, particularly excel, with knowledge of SAP and Tallyman preferable.
