Job Description

We offer a fantastic opportunity to join an established business providing high specification windows and doors for commercial new build and housebuilding projects. With a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary, bonus, pension, private medical insurance, and life insurance; holiday allowance is 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays.As a Project Coordinator you will run multiple projects, ensuring that orders are professionally fulfilled by meeting the expectations of the customer and managing the contractual risk to the business. On receipt of order, the Project Coordinator has responsibility for final formation of contract, agreement of variations, ordering of ancillary items and scheduling of deliveries to site.The successful candidate will be fully IT literate and will:

  • Have 2-3 years experience in a commercial construction project related discipline (eg estimating, design, planning, coordination, surveying)
  • Have experience reading drawings and construction detailing
  • Have exposure to contracting in the construction industry
  • Ideally have experience in the facade, fenestration or curtain walling business
    • The job is office based in our new premises in Huntingdon. Training and onboarding will take place at our office in Kettering or Cambridge. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday.The DOVISTA Group is a group of leading companies and brands on the North European market for vertical windows and doors.
