An exciting opportunity awaits an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our sales team at one of our flagship Destination Centres at Mercedes Benz of Birmingham.We are offering a competitive salary plus bonus and car or car allowance.Circa £80,000OverviewOur large city represented business is just under 3 years old and features the new corporate identity, state of art technology in a fantastic modern facility.Situated close to the M6 and only 6 miles from Birmingham City Centre, its a key location for Mercedes-Benz and LSH Auto.Ambitious plans are to grow the business to one of the best in the UK and to be a destination of choice for customers in the Midlands.For the right candidate well genuinely offer you an industry leading remuneration package for this exciting position. You will:
  • Need to be renowned for delivering exceptional performance through your team and be known for your high standards and attention to detail.
  • Be able to evidence delivering exceptional results whilst exceeding customer expectations.
  • Inspire our ambitious new and used car sales team to lead the business to success, through creating a high performance culture.
You will have:
  • Worked within a prestigious automotive dealership for a minimum of 5 years
  • At least 3 years management experience
  • A good knowledge of Mercedes-Benz brand
  • A full clean UK driving licence
