Job Description

Sales Assistant Location: BirminghamSalary: Starting at £10.73 per hourOur client is Birmingham’s biggest and best decorative lighting store, and they have a strong growing team of dedicated individuals that go the extra mile to make sure their customers receive a world class shopping experience.The company prides itself on a fast-free delivery service. They believe they are the number one choice of designer lighting direct from the manufacturer to the public.The company are currently looking for a focused and driven full time Sales person to join their busy team.The Role

  • Encourage the growth of a top performance team through selling to targets whilst maintaining the highest customer service standards.
  • Be a role model with your team with your own selling and high customer service standards.
  • Encourage the growth of top performance.
  • Support your Manager and team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals.
  • Maintain store visual standards.
  • Adhering to all cash handling and security procedures.
  • Provide support to other local branches as and when required.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to drive sales
  • Friendly face to face experience with customers
  • Background in sales (Desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge (Desirable)
  • Experience is preferred but not essential in this role as training will be given.
