Job Description

This is an ideal chance for an individual who holds AAT qualification or possesses two years of experiencein a comparable role. The chosen candidate will become part of the Commercial team, with the primary responsibility of ensuring the financial sustainability of care package funding levels received.The role requires being in the office one day per week. Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Analyst will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Creating cost models for external funding authorities
  • Collaborating with Regional Directors for commercial support
  • Negotiating funding increases with Local Authorities
  • Ensuring timely inflation adjustments in billing system
  • Resolving pricing inconsistencies with Accounts Receivable
  • Supporting Fee Procurement teams deadlines
  • Monitoring and reporting on departmental progress
  • Generating regular and ad hoc reports
  • Performing additional financial analysis as required
The successful Personal Tax Assistant will require the following skills and experience:
  • Ideally possess AAT qualification or have two years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven track record in financial analysis
  • Logical problem-solving with strong attention to detail
  • Effective workload management and prioritization skills
  • Adaptable and collaborative team member
  • Driven by targets
  • Approachable, personable, and skilled in communication across all organizational levels
