Staff Partners Business is happy to working with a Security Specialist company that directly work with with local authorities. They are looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join their growing team.As a Service Coordinator you will be supplying support to the Eengineers and subcontracted engineers, liaising and booking in appointments with clients, responding to reactive call outs and ordering parts. You must have experience in within this area of work to be considered. You main duties are as below but not limited to: Constant checking of email for new jobs, emergency call outs that require immediate response.Logging new jobsOrdering kit for jobsBooking engineers and liaising with clientsScanning job sheets to clients and requesting p/ordersChasing engineers for completed job sheetsUpdating spreadsheets with completed worksDiary Management for all engineersDaily review of work done and to do with key engineersLiaising with sub-contractors on booking jobs, work done, kit requirements ect.Running p/order systemSending quotes to clientsTo be successful in this role you will need to have the below main attributes:
