Job Description

A well-established business that has over 30 offices throughout the UK and has recently been nominated as the “Best Company to work for” at the 2023 REC Awards is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager to join the Epping office team,working on fast-paced temporary placements within the transport and industrial sectors.Along with a salary of £35,000 per annum, you will also receive an uncapped commission scheme.The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager will be predominantly servicing temporary placements, being actively involved in:

Candidate Recruitment (monitoring staffing levels and ensuring the branch is regularly, advertising, and recruiting temps across the board to meet customer demands)
Business Development (win new clients via tele & in-person sales, grow existing accounts via cross and up-selling, etc)
Operational elements that involve matching Candidates with Client vacancies / requirements (take booking requests, brief candidates, manage bookings & deal with any escalations/issues reported by Candidates / Clients)
Managing two consultants (day-to-day supervision, inspiring / mentoring and monitoring consultants to meet their respective targets / responsibilities)

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager with:

Previous experience in the role, or some experience as a Branch Manager/Team Leader within a temporary recruitment environment within the transport & logistics sector
Comfortability dealing with people from all seniority levels, both on the phone and in person during sales/account management visits, as well as any customer service-related issues
The ability to lead by example and be comfortable working alongside Consultants in lots of the tasks they do.
