A pupils place at The Tower Schoolwill ensure improvements in behaviour,confidence and self-belief, which can then be transferred into appropriate and accelerated learning inside the classroom and beyond. At our school we offer a flexible, personalised, engaging skills-based curriculum providing both choice and challenge focussedon developing emotional literacy, core subject knowledge and offering a wide range of accredited outcomes.Working with the senior leadership teamyou will ensure the school has effective systems in place and the required team capability to continually improve. You will be joining a high achieving company and executive team and will support the Head Teacher creatinga compassionate school culture that recognises values and supports each students unique mental and emotional journey.Who are we looking forWe are looking to hear from experienced or rising Senior Leaders with experience of inspiring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding learning for pupils and young people with special education needs.We are looking for someone who knows how to bring a creative and innovative approach to improving performance and support for our pupils and their families. About usThe Tower School is an independent special day School for pupils aged 11-18 who have a primary diagnosis of Autism.
