Their role: To provide in depth knowledge of Warehouse Management system & reporting databases to support internal staff members . Liasing with internal and external stakeholdersto solve issues. The main aspects of the role would be

Qualify specs / changes /problem fixes, to fully test any solutions before applying to the production
Qualify all technical requirements and pass to the relevant development teams/resolver groups
To provide technical advice and solutions to all stakeholders (including non-IT literate stakeholders )
Liaise and communicate between the warehouse, business, and technical teams
Support the development and enhancements of warehouse applications

What you will ideally have experience in

Excellent Communication skills
Ability to train and liaise with all levels of stakeholders s
High level of PC. skills (especially MS Office)
Understanding of SQL/Oracle/ Access/Apex/ database modelling (desirable)
Good understanding of warehouse operations
IT support experience
Warehouse Management system experience (ideally Manhattan WMS)
